Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of Artizo, a toolkit for visual artists. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Artizo.
1. What Artizo is
Artizo is a set of tools to help visual artists organize and grow their career: artwork catalog, artist website, content planning, contact and commission management, an AI mentor, and more.
Artizo is a support tool. It is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, accounting, tax, or financial). Decisions about your work, your pricing, and your business are yours.
2. Your account
To use Artizo you must create an account with accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be 18 or older, or use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian as required by the law of your country.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Artizo offers paid plans (for example, Base and Pro) billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
Prices may change. If they do, we'll give you advance notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
4. Points
Some AI features consume points. Points are refilled each month based on your plan.
Points are a usage credit inside Artizo: they have no monetary value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable. We may adjust the amount or the point cost of features with reasonable prior notice.
5. AI features
AI features (mentor, content ideas, text, mockups, pricing suggestions, etc.) generate results automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
AI results are a helpful starting point, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before using them or making decisions. To generate responses, your inputs may be processed through third-party AI providers.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of your artwork, your text, and all content you upload to Artizo. We do not claim ownership of your work.
You grant us a limited license to host and display your content within the service and, when you choose to publish it, on your public artist site.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Artizo to upload illegal or infringing content, or to abuse the platform (for example, attempting to breach its security or using features fraudulently).
8. Public artist sites
Information you choose to publish on your artist site is public and accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content you publish.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Artizo at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us.
10. Warranties & liability
Artizo is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from your use of the service, or for decisions made based on AI-generated results.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where Artizo operates.
