Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

At Artizo we care about your data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use the platform.

1. What data we collect

Account data: your name, email, and the discipline you choose when you sign up.

Content you create or upload: artworks, images, bios, statements, contacts, offers, commissions, certificates, and other information you enter in the app.

Usage data: basic technical information about how you use the service, so it works and so we can improve it.

Payment data: if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card numbers.

2. How we use your data

To provide the service and its features, manage your subscription and points, give you support, and improve Artizo.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. AI processing

When you use AI features, the text or images you submit are processed through a third-party AI provider (Google) to generate the response.

We recommend you don't include sensitive personal data that you don't want processed this way.

4. Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf so the service can work: Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Stripe (payments), Google (AI features), and Vercel (site hosting).

We only share data with these providers or when required by law. We don't sell your information.

5. Your public artist site

Information you choose to publish on your artist site (name, bio, artworks, social links, etc.) is public and visible to anyone with the link. You control what to show.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as language and light/dark theme). We don't use advertising cookies.

7. Analytics & measurement

We measure usage of Artizo and visits to our site in an aggregated, anonymous way, to understand traffic and improve the product.

We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address. Location is approximate (country and city) and the visitor identifier is an anonymous value that resets every day and can't identify you.

8. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@artizo.app.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us and we'll help.

10. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

11. Minors

Artizo is not intended for people under 18. If you believe a minor provided us data without authorization, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post changes on this page and, if they're material, let you know.
